Dummies

 

Hanging at my studio with my dummy....found [Art Dummy] the other day in a round about way......followed LMs inside someones picks in their profile.....and fell in love.  This dummy is from there, spent a lot picking up all the wild little things I found.....a goldfish, art mannequin candles and chairs.....just random things that appeal to my quirky side.  This place takes me places the way Miamai's BlackLabel collection does.  If I could create with prims....these are the things I would make.  They make me smile and feed something inside me.

December is full of Gifties!

Loads of great new things out and around the grid.  This outfit started, believe it or not, with the wonderful red Nico Wedge boots by Miamai that I recently picked up.  Have to tell you their customer service is outstanding.  

Then I added the Venum Knit Wear - available from *VoguE* at this time only at the Christmas Expo.  Hair from D!va is Decembers item at Collabor88 and eyes are from Poetic Colors that I picked up from The Men's Dept this month as well.  

Well those boots set the accent so had to top it off with cherry colored accents, glasses from Purple Moon and nails and earrings from Mandala.  Fun month, and this is only the first outfit and more fun reveals left to come.....

More hours in my day.....

Not enough hours in the day I think sometimes....work, blogging, modeling, photoshop, facebook, flickr......it all takes time.  Then toss it a man.  THE man.  Funny how priorities become very clear when you've met the person that makes your heart skip sideways and knows what's going on in your head before you realize it.  When he says something ahead of time so that I'm prepared, because he already knows what is going to go through my head in a few minutes.

Time with him is most important.  Those other things that keep me so busy?  Well.....maybe a bit less of them and you learn to compromise.  Can't do everything every day.  Because I'm enjoying life and want to take my time with it.  So much to do but we have a lifetime together.....and every day is an adventure.

Here I am heading out to see what is new on the grid, December having just started settling in.  Running through the front yard on my way out, I glance out at the ocean and am so thankful for the beauty in my life....our home, my man, my family and friends.  Life is good folks......
